Purpose of Meeting:   

  1.  Year end 3/31/2025 BUDGET DEVELOPMENT.  The property tax millage rate of 1.2081 mills for Operations, plus .9649 mills for Fire Protection Services, and 1.5000 mills for Roads, as reduced as statutorily required, proposed to be levied to support the proposed budget, will be a subject of this workshop. 
  2. Adopt Federal Poverty Guidelines
  3.  Clerk / Deputy Clerk:  Clerk statutory Duties change / Clerk salary reduction, and appointment of Deputy & Deputy salary increase effective 2/1/24.
